Been frantically settling in the past week, trying to find a cheap-ass home that I can maybe sell for more money in a couple years, and I think I’ll be better off renting and investing my money in something other than real estate. Rent is so cheap here! I think I could even get used to this ghetto apartment I chose as a temporary place. Even though the first day in here I had a major freak out where I deeply regretted having sold my gorgeous condo in LA. But whatever, it’s done. 2 years from now I’ll be so employable I’ll be able to buy a place anywhere.
